Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A flowing & progressive yoga series that strengthens, stretches & relaxes the body while focusing the mind.
Morning Yoga
A great way to start your day. Activating the mind body connection in harmony with breath and movement for a steady flow.
Yoga for Beginners
Introduction to the basics of yoga including: proper breathing, postures, transitions, sequencing, modifications & meditation.
Yoga Pilates Fusion
Class integrates postures from traditional yoga with the core strengthening exercises of Pilates, promoting strength, balance & flexibility. Total conditioning program for the mind & body.
